Getting started is simple

Book a free consultation at a time and date that works for you. You will receive a confirmation email and then we can discuss in person (or via Skype) the finer details such as your goals, aspirations, lifestyle, commitments and availability in proceeding forward with PT.

Your PT sessions can be either in the studio, at an agreed location of your choice (bringing the gym to you) or online.  Choose from hourly pay-as-you-go or bulk buy the sessions to get maximum value. You can do 1:2:1, 2:2:1 or even group sessions – take a look at the PT session options.

Work towards your goals

This can be with regular PT sessions at a location and time interval that best works around you. Or, it could be via a bespoke training program designed for you to complete by yourself (a combination of the both is the most effective). Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure we can optimise your training to hit the mark.

Get a bespoke training program designed for you to complete at your own pace, in your own time and wherever suits you best. All that is needed is some key information on your goals, time and kit available; ability and previous experience; and how you like to train. This information will be the foundation of the personalised program to meet your needs helping you to reach your goals.
