I love working with Lee; I have complex and frustrating injuries with my knee and achilles, which can easily be upset when working out. I really value the guidance and knowledge I get from Lee and even with online sessions he is extremely clever at knowing how much I can push myself in order to build strength without causing stress to these challenging areas. Lee also understands the body and mind connection and where your emotional state fits into exercise, which is really important to me. On top of that he's a great guy and really easy and fun to work with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I initially started weekly PT sessions with Lee 4 years ago after suffering years of back pain and following a suggestion by a spinal surgeon to improve my core strength.

Since improving my core, my back has been largely pain free and even during flare ups, Lee has devised a session to ease, stretch and improve mobility.

As well as core strength, Lee has helped me improve conditioning, overall strength and general well-being which has led to a series of PB’s in triathlons and running events.

Lee is very knowledgeable and will tailor a plan to suit all abilities, needs and ever changing goals.

Lee has been fantastic; I have had 9 months of weekly PT sessions with him. Over that time I have lost 2 stone, but more importantly got significantly fitter and stronger. It has been the longest period of time I have done continuous exercise since university (20 odd years ago!) without injuring myself. Having had my second child and a previous back injury Lee took time and great care to make sure we built up the strength and confidence slowly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone, in fact, my 80 year old father has just started working with Lee.

Soft Tissue Therapy

I've been seeing Lee for a few years now, for a mixture of soft tissue therapy and PT. The massage really helps to reduce pain and Lee's advice on how to strengthen and build resilience when injured has been really helpful. Recently, I've had a hamstring issue which has meant no running or impact and Lee tailored a plan for me which meant I could still workout and stay active despite my injury which has been amazing!
His approach strikes the perfect balance of motivating and pushing you, whilst also being really encouraging and approachable - this means that I've always felt I can be completely honest if I've fallen off the wagon or something isn't quite working for me and then we've been able to tweak things to keep me on track.
I'd recommend Lee to anyone, regardless of where you're at on your fitness journey.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Thrive was recommended to me by a friend who had achieved improved daily mobility and reduced pain due to soft tissue therapy from Lee.

Lee has helped me to recover from a few running and swimming injuries. Lee’s soft tissue treatments have been a great success, particularly for my swimming. I was struggling with a few shoulder, back and hip issues, which was hindering my return to the distances I was swimming pre lockdown. I am now back swimming my pre-lockdown distances (50% increase) and loving the benefits which come from regaining that level of fitness and mobility.
