Strength and conditioning can include movement education, specific strength and power training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning and skill acquisition. All are uniquely manipulated to optimise the outcome measures for the sport with consideration to the athletes’ strengths and weaknesses.

Getting started is simple

Book a free consultation at a time and date that works for you. You will receive a confirmation email and then we can discuss in person (or via Skype) the finer details such as your goals, aspirations, lifestyle, commitments and availability in proceeding forward with strength & conditioning sessions.

Your S&C sessions can be in the studio or at an agreed location of your choice (bringing the gym to you) or online.  Choose from hourly pay-as-you go or bulk buy the sessions to get maximum value. You can do 1:2:1, 2:2:1 or even group sessions. Take a look at the S&C session options.

Work towards your goals

This can be with regular S&C sessions at a location and time interval that best works around you. Or, it could be via a bespoke sports specific S&C training program designed for you to complete by yourself (a combination of them both is the most effective). Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure we can optimise your training to hit your performance goals.

Get a bespoke strength & conditioning program designed for you to complete at your own pace, in your own time and wherever suits you best. All that is needed is some key information on your athletic goals, time and kit available; current training schedule; ability and previous experience and how you like to train. This information will be the foundation of the personalised S&C program to help you to reach your performance goals.
