Service Description

10 hours of 1:2:1 or 2:2:1 Strength & Conditioning session online, upon booking a video call link will be provided. Please have laptop/phone set up so the field of view is of a clear space that you can stand, lay down and move around in full view. Test the microphone, ensure the room is adequately lit and ensure you have a power connection to avoid battery failure. Please have any exercise kit with you to hand along with water, a towel and you may want to ensure a good airflow through the space. HOW TO PAY: Payment can be made via cash, card or BACs, before or after an individual session/appointment. If you are paying for a block of sessions/appointments, then please pay for these prior to starting your first session. An invoice will be sent to you via email with details of how to pay by BACs (preferred). Alternatively, you may pay by cash.
